This beautiful Longleaf Pine flooring is milled from the thick roof decking from an all steel 1920 New Orleans riverfront warehouse.  There are long average lengths. With nail holes and bolt holes, it has the marks of 80+ years of use.  It has grooves on the bottom to minimize cupping and to help with proper glue down installation.  It can be nailed or stapled to a subfloor or glued down directly to a concrete slab.
